VTGSIGN.COM guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of any failure within the scope of this warranty, the Buyer must notify VTGSIGN.COM before taking any action. Any repair or alteration of a sign that is under warranty without prior notification to VTGSIGN.COM will automatically invalidate the warranty.
Product is found
In the event that the product is found to be defective under warranty
Offer free repair support via phone or email, with no charges for parts or support.
Replace the product with a similar product, which may be new or refurbished.
Before shipping
VTGSIGN.COM tests and inspects all signs to ensure they are in proper working condition. Additionally, all labeled packages meet or exceed industry standards for general transportation. As such, it is the responsibility of the receiving party to inspect the packaging for any damage before accepting the goods.
Important Tips
If any damage is found, all contents must be inspected for damage before signing the receipt.
If shipping damage is identified, it is the responsibility of the customer who received the goods to file a claim with the carrier and notify VTGSIGN.COM via email at info@vtgsign.com.
Any damage that occurs during transportation from our factory to the final destination is the responsibility of the carrier and not VTGSIGN.COM.
This warranty does not cover losses caused by acts of God, accidental negligence, vandalism, or misuse. These warranties do not apply to any defects, failures, or damage resulting from improper use, installation, or care. VTGSIGN.COM assumes no obligation under this warranty.
The above warranties are made by VTGSIGN.COM with respect to the Product and related items in lieu of any other express or implied warranties. The repair of defective products and related items is the sole remedy available to the Customer under this Warranty.
